Commercial Operations & Planning Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch readiness activities across commercial, supply chain, and fulfillment teams
• Track inventory visibility, allocation, and replenishment needs across key revenue channels
• Manage coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to support inventory flow and order fulfillment
• Oversee inbound logistics, customs clearance, and kitting activities for finished goods
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to resolve operational issues
• Maintain dashboards and reporting related to launches, inventory health, and operational risks
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable operational workflows to improve execution discipline

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, or supply chain coordination
• Proven experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and fulfillment operations
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple moving priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory tools, and retailer portals
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work onsite in St. Louis, MO
