About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor commercial operational processes for the International region.
- Ensure correct management of the commercial pipeline, including opportunities, forecasting, and follow-up.
- Consolidate and analyze commercial information to generate executive reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate commercial planning cycles, including goals, forecasts, and business reviews.
- Provide operational support to sales teams regarding CRM usage, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Administration, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in CRM management and commercial data analysis.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Effective communication and collaborative teamwork abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree.
