Commercial Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the operational journey from signed agreement to billing handover
• Manage contracts, renewals, amendments, and subscription changes
• Support contract negotiations and redlining processes
• Coordinate customer procurement and purchase order requirements
• Ensure billing readiness and commercial accuracy
• Resolve customer-facing operational, contractual, and billing-related queries
• Own Salesforce as the commercial source of truth and drive CRM adoption
• Build reporting, visibility, and workflows to improve decision-making
• Use systems, automation, and AI to create leverage across the revenue organization

Requirements

• Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes
• Experience managing contracts, subscriptions, and recurring revenue operations
• Strong Salesforce knowledge and experience as a CRM super user
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
• Fluent English

• Experience with subscription billing, ERP, or Revenue Operations platforms
