Commercial Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive cross-functional commercial projects, ensuring clear timelines and successful execution
• Own and maintain pricing and tender processes across multiple markets to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Partner with Commercial Excellence, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business decisions
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and performance reports for senior stakeholders
• Monitor key business KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Act as a coordination partner across regional and local teams to foster effective communication

Requirements

• Several years of experience in commercial operations, pricing, tender management, or finance
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a proactive mindset
• Analytical and structured approach with high attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional fluency in both German and English is essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare, diagnostics, or the medical device industry
• Experience working within a regulated industry
