Commercial Operation (Senior) Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with company strategic goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial excellence professionals, including Channel Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Market Intelligence.
• Drive the "One Data" initiative and digitalization of end-to-end commercial processes to ensure operational transparency.
• Build and track channel performance measurements, KPIs, and market penetration metrics.
• Optimize the distributor lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, authorization, and termination processes.
• Ensure channel partners understand and adhere to company quality and compliance policies.
• Monitor national and local procurement platforms, including Volume-Based Procurement (VBP), to predict impact on product access.
• Collect competitive intelligence regarding bidding data and market structures to support bidding strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 8 years of relevant management experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong competence in data analysis and presentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for advanced data analysis.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
