Commercial & Marketing Support Trainee

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans with a focus on online and offline campaigns, dealer support, and digital advertising for aftersales, parts, and precision technology.
• Support the rollout and development of aftersales projects, including eCommerce and direct supplier relationships.
• Assist the sales team with daily operations and product-related topics.
• Perform product marketing tasks such as margin analysis, price benchmarking, and promotional activities.
• Support communication for parts and precision technology across various channels for sales teams, dealers, and end customers.
• Assist in the planning, organization, and implementation of marketing campaigns, dealer magazines, and customer publications.
• Support the execution of national events and trade fairs.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, Agricultural Economics, or a comparable field.
• Experience in target-group marketing and the use of sales/marketing tools.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing instruments and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German and good English language skills.
• High IT affinity and a good understanding of dealer organizations.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
