About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans and OGSMs aligned with country business needs and global strategy
  • Develop and adapt digital and content marketing strategies to promote HP commercial products
  • Assist regional sales teams with end-user strategies to increase brand awareness and drive high-quality leads
  • Create and accelerate sales opportunities through account-focused marketing execution and nurture flows
  • Plan and host end-user online and offline Pan-HP events to generate new sales opportunities and deepen customer relationships
  • Review, translate, and approve global marketing assets and create localized content such as blog posts and newsletters
  • Set marketing campaign goals, monitor metrics, and conduct post-campaign evaluations to optimize ROI
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure 100% utilization of quarterly budgets
  • Manage local marketing agencies and align local PR plans with the PR lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian
  • Strong strategic thinking and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing technologies and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of other Nordic languages
  • Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation in marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong metric-driven mindset with the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data
  • Deep understanding of the B2B customer journey, touchpoints, and the media landscape
