Commercial Manager - Sleep and Dental

Responsibilities

• Promote mandibular advancement oral appliances (Narval) to sleep specialists including pulmonologists, ENT specialists, and cardiologists.
• Identify, train, and support dental professionals (dentists, maxillofacial surgeons) to manage patients with sleep apnea and snoring.
• Develop and manage partnership networks with prescribers and practitioners within the Île-de-France region.
• Proactively prospect new dental networks, including mutual insurance networks, dental faculties, and hospital departments.
• Provide regular information to prescribers regarding product indications, reimbursement, and clinical updates.
• Analyze sales results and develop regional sales strategies in coordination with the sales force.
• Organize local events, workshops, and participate in regional and national congresses.

Requirements

• Bac + 2 degree in a commercial field.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience.
• Proven knowledge of the dental sector.
• Ability to work effectively in highly regulated markets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a client-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and capable of managing frequent travel within the assigned territory.
