Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the company's comprehensive commercial strategy
• Restructure and professionalize the commercial area through new processes and methodologies
• Lead and develop the commercial and marketing teams
• Develop new markets and business opportunities at national and regional levels
• Establish strategic alliances with cooperatives, associations, and distributors
• Supervise commercial negotiations, strategic proposals, and bidding processes
• Manage and optimize the corporate CRM and opportunity pipeline
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and administration areas to ensure project execution

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial positions
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading sales teams
• Proven experience in energy, electromechanical, construction, infrastructure, or agribusiness sectors
• University degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related technical-commercial fields
• Availability to relocate to Asunción, Paraguay
• Availability for domestic and regional travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of solar photovoltaic energy and solar pumping systems
• Understanding of distributed generation, hybrid, off-grid, and on-grid systems
• Knowledge of energy storage solutions, electric motors, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic blueprints
• Experience in financial project evaluation
• MBA or specialization in Commercial Management or Business Administration
