Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with existing Re-Leased customers in APAC and articulate the value proposition and benefits of expansion products
• Conduct needs assessments through strategic questioning to uncover unmet requirements
• Leverage technology to communicate product value and demonstrate ROI to clients
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate channels promptly
• Act as a product evangelist internally to educate and train core front line teams
• Provide feedback to the product team regarding expansion product development
• Maintain excellent relationships across all major business functions

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the Re-Leased platform
• Demonstrated track record in closing new business or renewing customer contracts while exceeding quota
• Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
• Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• 3+ years of CRE industry knowledge or B2B software sales experience
• Experience communicating technical content and influencing decisions
