Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively serve METRO customers by providing information about products and services
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and expiration dates using FEFO principles and HACCP
• Manage stock presence on shelves through team coordination, including ordering and presentation
• Handle invoicing and legal documentation for returns, transfers, or confiscations
• Conduct stock inventories and coordinate annual inventory processes
• Manage store opening and closing procedures based on monthly planning
• Recruit, train, and motivate subordinates to maintain high performance
• Plan staff schedules proportional to customer traffic
• Perform performance and potential evaluations for team members

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Positive attitude and helpfulness toward customers and colleagues
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer-oriented with efficient resource planning abilities
• Knowledge of the HoReCa/Reseller market and competitors
• Familiarity with industry legislation and procedures
• Valid driver's license
