About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, negotiate, and close strategic alliances and sponsorships.
- Develop commercial relationships with brands, architects, designers, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate commercial and diffusion strategies in collaboration with the Director and Operations teams.
- Manage memberships, contracts, collections, and alliance renewals.
- Oversee the experience of allies and sponsors during cultural events.
- Identify growth and brand positioning opportunities.
- Represent the company institutionally at specialized events and forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, sponsorships, or commercial management.
- Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Proven experience negotiating with stakeholders, brands, and sponsors.
- Experience in event management, brand activations, and public relations.
- Proficiency in CRM usage and commercial report analysis.
- Knowledge of budget integration, contract management, and collections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana or Monday.
Benefits
- Commission of approximately 10% per closed project.
- Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
