Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage monthly revenue by exceeding sales targets through professional pitching and presenting.
• Pitch innovative media executions to a wide variety of clients, both in response to briefs and through proactive concept development.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new partners, clients, PR agencies, and media agencies.
• Create monthly and seasonal commercial offers, products, and activations to diversify revenue opportunities.
• Develop high-quality sales presentations and deliver flawless post-campaign reports.
• Collaborate with the Commercial and Editorial Directors to ensure all executions meet brand standards and client objectives.
• Monitor local market trends and social media to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent industry qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in media sales, working with both agencies and direct clients.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong understanding of various media formats including digital, print, social, and events.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work creatively and efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
