Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive omni-market commercial direction and execution across Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and Georgia
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing commercial teams
• Coordinate pre-season planning and local QCP development
• Manage pricing, package mapping, and inventory topics including allocation and replenishment
• Analyze sales and demand forecasts to identify commercial optimization actions
• Take responsibility for achieving QCP targets, sales plans, and campaigns
• Act as the main point of contact for communicating the commercial agenda to Areas and Stores

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or retail merchandising (fashion industry preferred)
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
• Deep expertise in omni-merchandising and commercial planning
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret weekly sales KPIs
• Proficiency in English
