Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing commercial management of premises within the Mälardalen region
• Drive and handle changes in terms, renegotiations, extensions, and transfers of lease agreements
• Proactively work with existing tenants to create long-term relationships and high customer satisfaction
• Identify and realize rent potential in existing commercial agreements and premises
• Responsible for leasing commercial premises during vacancies, including viewings, customer dialogue, and contract signing
• Monitor vacancy rates, business opportunities, and development potential
• Contribute to investment documentation and ensure investments link to business returns and rent development
• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and the commercial business in the region

Requirements

• Relevant higher education in real estate, economics, law, or equivalent experience
• Experience in commercial management, leasing, or similar roles
• Experience in customer dialogue and negotiations
• Knowledge of lease law
• Experience working with commercial premises
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with investment and profitability assessments
