Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with EPCs, industrial clients, and freight forwarders
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial solutions for project forwarding and heavy-lift transport
• Evaluate customer enquiries and coordinate internally with operations and engineering teams
• Present company capabilities to clients and support tender processes
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and potential project opportunities
• Ensure commercial compliance with contractual requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate closely with global Commercial, Operations, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project forwarding, project logistics, heavy lift, or EPC logistics
• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in sales, client management, or business development
• Ability to understand complex technical and logistical requirements
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven, structured, and capable of working independently
• Fluency in English
• Japanese language skills and understanding of the Japanese market are highly beneficial
