Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the medical representatives team to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of targets across assigned territories and product lines
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and business risks
• Ensure effective territory management, customer coverage, and resource allocation across the team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key physicians, healthcare stakeholders, distributors, and accounts within Kuwait
• Develop and execute action plans to improve market share, business performance, and customer engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or any relevant scientific field
• Minimum 7 years of experience within the Kuwait pharmaceutical market
• Proven experience leading teams of at least 5 employees within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive business growth and market expansion
• Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
