About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, animate, and support a team of Business Developers daily
- Monitor performance and drive commercial activity
- Provide structured support through training, individual coaching, and weekly/monthly reviews
- Develop team skills in prospecting, meeting management, negotiation, and closing
- Accompany sales representatives on high-stakes meetings and complex opportunities
- Ensure quality of prospecting, pipeline management, and CRM usage
- Manage a direct portfolio of strategic prospects and/or clients
- Conduct own meetings, build proposals, and convert opportunities
- Work closely with consulting teams to ensure clear and realistic client promises
Requirements
- Successful experience in B2B commercial management
- Proven ability to sell high-value services or offers
- Comfort with complex sales cycles and decision-maker stakeholders
- Passion for coaching, structuring, and growing a team
- Ability to balance proximity management with direct commercial contribution
- Knowledge of innovation financing, consulting, or a technical environment is a plus
