Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive regional performance and territory management to deliver On Trade share and NSV growth
• Lead a sales and activation team to provide strategic direction and ensure executional success
• Develop market-leading relationships with regional sales directors and stakeholders
• Create and execute investment plans for small and medium regional groups to drive positive ROI
• Manage and coach field teams and third-party sales representatives to deliver outstanding performance
• Collaborate with technical, customer marketing, and category teams to achieve regional KPIs
• Foster an inclusive and diverse team culture that drives engagement and shapes the future of the channel

Requirements

• Proven experience as a commercial professional with a track record of managing P&L
• Strong expertise in contract negotiations and joint business planning
• Demonstrated ability to win market share and NSV through category selling and business partnership
• Experience building and leading high-performing, highly engaged teams
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and translate data/insights into actionable outcomes
• A passion for the on-trade sector and building strong internal and external relationships
