Commercial Manager CFO/CFA

Responsibilities

• Drive business development for electrical installations (CFO/CFA) in the tertiary building sector (offices, hotels, retail).
• Build and maintain close relationships with design offices, architects, and project managers to generate new consultations.
• Analyze client needs and technical requirements in detail to prepare and submit competitive offers.
• Lead negotiations through to contract signature and ensure long-term client loyalty.
• Manage ongoing relationships with stakeholders (architects, project managers, etc.) throughout the duration of construction projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client satisfaction to provide feedback to management.
• Participate in the development and execution of the commercial action plan.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the construction (BTP) industry and electrical services (CFO/CFA).
• Mastery of both public and private procurement rules and procedures.
• Proven negotiation skills covering legal, financial, and technical aspects of construction operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong contractual mastery and ability to manage complex agreements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to network.
• Ability to act as an "offensive" salesperson capable of protecting margins and pricing.
• Full mobility across the Île-de-France region for frequent client and site visits.
