Commercial Manager - Building Envelope

Responsibilities

• Develop business volume by implementing the agency's commercial strategy
• Conduct commercial prospecting, detection, and targeting of operations
• Deploy the local commercial action plan across the assigned territory
• Participate in commercial negotiations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Project Owners, Architects, Engineering Offices, General Contractors, etc.)
• Promote the company's brand image

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5)
• 6 to 10 years of significant experience in a similar role within the construction (BTP) industry
• Knowledge of building envelope trades (waterproofing, facades, energy renovation, etc.)
• Established professional network within the territory
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to listen, synthesize, and drive efficiency
