Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and contractual aspects of the South East Water capital works program
• Manage head contract and subcontractor relationships within the ABK Joint Venture
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure strong governance
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities across the project portfolio
• Support procurement strategies and lead contract negotiations
• Provide strategic commercial advice to the project leadership team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Contracts Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent financial acumen and analytical capability
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A collaborative approach aligned with joint venture values
