Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Detect, evaluate, and recruit a team of General Agents for AXA Prévoyance & Patrimoine
• Integrate, animate, and support General Agents on a daily basis to optimize commercial performance
• Train agents in the specificities of life insurance and wealth management
• Manage your assigned territory and relay the network's commercial strategy
• Ensure compliance with professional ethics and regulations during contract implementation
• Participate in cross-functional workshops and training sessions as a commercial leader

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in banking, finance, insurance, or commerce
• Strong interest in life insurance and wealth management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to propose innovative solutions
• Strong persuasion and communication skills
