Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Augustus in the Jeddah market
• Build, manage, and grow relationships with clients, agencies, brands, and strategic partners
• Pitch and secure commercial partnerships, branded content opportunities, and advertising solutions
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and revenue opportunities
• Represent Augustus in the local market to build a strong commercial network
• Support the day-to-day leadership and establishment of the Jeddah office operations
• Work closely with content and editorial teams to ensure commercial opportunities align with the brand
• Contribute to local commercial planning and market strategy

Requirements

• Saudi National
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial management, business development, partnerships, or sales
• Strong background in social media, digital media, or digital marketing
• Deep understanding of digital media platforms, branded content, and audience growth
• Strong knowledge of the Jeddah market, ideally with an existing professional network
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial attitude
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively toward targets and deadlines
