Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage sales offers and contracts during the sales phase, ensuring commercial execution, deadlines, and results comply with internal standards and legal requirements
• Analyze public and private tenders and prepare offers, defining commercial and contractual conditions, including risk management and internal approvals
• Conduct negotiations with customers and partners to structure agreements and ensure contractual alignment
• Manage costs, revenues, and risks by integrating internal departments to promote operational efficiency and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in analyzing public and private tenders, contractual drafting, and document management for projects in Latin America
• Proficiency in activity planning, budget control, and pricing formation
• Knowledge of proposal management, risk assessment, and opportunity management
• Strong experience in negotiating contracts and commercial agreements
• Familiarity with corporate computerized systems
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
• University degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate specialization or advanced certification in a relevant field
