Commercial Management Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Director in coordinating the hotel-ship commercial team
• Collaborate on market prospecting actions, including industry fairs and local agency contact
• Assist in managing commercial proposals, contracting processes, and payment terms
• Ensure effective communication of sold services to operational departments
• Support invoicing processes, cost control, and commercial result reporting
• Assist in inventory management supervision to align product promotion with availability

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Hotel Management, or a similar field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in hospitality or tourism
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of international hospitality standards and HACCP norms
• Knowledge of stock management, cost control, and budget management
• Availability to embark on the Douro River during the cruise season
