Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs
• Monitor loan systems, resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online
• Act as the primary contact for loan servicing tasks, including construction monitoring and disbursements
• Monitor collateral, prepare payoff letters, and manage the release of collateral
• Audit loan systems of record for new setups, modifications, data input, and customer billing
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve operational goals
• Exercise independent judgment while adhering to function, policies, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education
• Ability to process complex transactions and perform administrative or operational tasks
• Experience with collateral monitoring and auditing loan systems
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external customers
