Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs
• Monitor loan systems to resolve customer issues and process complex online transactions
• Act as the primary contact for loan servicing tasks, including construction monitoring and disbursements
• Monitor collateral, prepare payoff letters, and manage the release of collateral
• Audit loan systems of record for new setups, modifications, data input, and customer billing
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve operational goals
• Exercise independent judgment while adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience (or equivalent through work, training, or education)
• Amenable to working a permanent night shift schedule
• Amenable to working onsite at the Five/Neo Building in BGC, Taguig City

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the local or global financial services industry
• Experience in a contact center or similar environment validating financial documents
• Hands-on experience with banking approvals and validation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail
• Flexibility to assist with outbound calls and back-office functions as needed
