Commercial Loan Servicing Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide support for servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans
• Coordinate the resolution of open issues with internal and external customers
• Perform loan and regulatory diligence and ongoing portfolio maintenance
• Evaluate and upload data into systems of record
• Serve as an escalation point for client issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and training to peers

Requirements

• 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education
• Ability to interpret key elements of Legal Credit Agreements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Loan IQ, LUCAS, STUCKEY, or equivalent commercial lending platforms
• Working understanding of Asset Based Lending products, Agency and Participation loan servicing concepts, and collateral structures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process multiple deal structures accurately
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
