Commercial Loan Closing Representative

Responsibilities

• Support pre-close documentation for moderately complex to complex commercial loans
• Review and prepare complex loan documents and negotiate legal documentation
• Perform legal activities for loan documentation involving third-party sources and internal legal groups
• Evaluate risks and devise strategies to mitigate documentation risk
• Identify procedural modifications and seek ways to improve loan closing processes
• Interact with the Commercial Loan Closing group and internal customers

Requirements

• 1+ year of Commercial Loan Closing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education
• Ability to review and prepare complex loan documents
• Knowledge of legal documentation and risk mitigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to leverage AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot) for routine tasks like summarizing information and analyzing data
• Strong critical thinking skills to interpret AI outputs and validate insights
• Awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy, and compliance regarding AI use
• Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling in emerging technologies
