Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-close and post-close activities for commercial, commercial real estate, and problem loans
- Coordinate loan closings directly with customers
- Perform customer, loan, and regulatory diligence alongside ongoing portfolio maintenance
- Evaluate and upload critical data into systems of record
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage an assigned portfolio of loans and collaborate with peers to resolve issues
- Exercise independent judgment while following direction from management
Requirements
- 6+ months of Commercial Loan Closing experience (or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education)
- Knowledge of bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Ability to perform customer and loan diligence
