About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-close and post-close activities for commercial, commercial real estate, and problem loans
- Coordinate loan closings with customers and manage an assigned loan portfolio
- Perform customer, loan, and regulatory diligence alongside ongoing portfolio maintenance
- Evaluate and upload data into systems of record
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals
Requirements
- 6+ months of Commercial Loan Closing experience (or equivalent through work experience, training, or education)
- Proficiency in using AI tools to summarize information, draft content, and analyze data
- Strong critical thinking skills to interpret AI outputs and validate insights
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and commitment to responsible AI use regarding data privacy and ethics
