Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Assist in a wide variety of matters including banking and finance disputes, recoveries, commercial disputes, and regulatory disputes
• Engage in pre-action correspondence with third parties
• Take instructions from clients and provide regular updates
• Support senior fee earners with discrete tasks, larger projects, and business development or marketing activities

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a paralegal
• Litigation experience is preferable but not essential
• Strong commercial awareness and business aptitude
• Methodical approach with high attention to detail and presentation
