About the role
Responsibilities
- Consultatively partner with clients to understand needs and provide comprehensive coverage
- Conduct thorough coverage and exposure reviews with clients
- Review renewal considerations and work with carriers to determine best options
- Provide excellent service to an assigned book of business to ensure retention
- Stay current with insurance underwriting guidelines and technology platforms
- Source new business through internal and external referrals and cold calling
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of individual P&C sales experience
- Property / Casualty license required
