Commercial Lines Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for commercial lines, ensuring timely and accurate processing of policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of operations
• Manage and develop a high-performing team through training, performance management, and career development
• Partner with underwriting, claims, IT, compliance, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, and operational metrics to drive data-informed decisions
• Champion a customer-first mindset for brokers, agents, and policyholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance operations
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational excellence
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, systems, and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in change management and process improvement
• Experience with insurance platforms such as Applied Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
