Commercial Lines CSR

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day service needs including issuing Certificates of Insurance (COI), binders, auto ID cards, and evidence of property
• Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations using agency management systems like Epic
• Engage with clients to answer coverage questions and resolve billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with Producers to market renewal business and prepare proposals
• Review audits and policies for accuracy to advise clients on coverage exposures
• Cross-sell insurance products as needed

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Minimum 1-2 years of commercial lines insurance agency experience
• Proficiency in agency management systems (Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages including General Liability, Property, Workers' Comp, and Auto
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work with high attention to detail
