Commercial Lines Account Manager - Surety

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support for Surety accounts, including gathering and preparing renewal information
• Process Surety bond requests, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and cancellations
• Handle operational tasks related to new/existing Surety accounts and risk management
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding bond and insurance matters
• Educate and coach business partners on Surety products and compliance requirements
• Maintain current files and prepare policy renewal questionnaires
• Update client information in the agency system

Requirements

• Active P&C License in the State of California
• 5+ years of industry experience in Surety and Commercial Lines
• Experience with Epic agency management system
• Surplus/excess lines experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
