About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support for Surety accounts, including gathering and preparing renewal information
- Process Surety bond requests, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and cancellations
- Handle operational tasks related to new/existing Surety accounts and risk management
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding bond and insurance matters
- Educate and coach business partners on Surety products and compliance requirements
- Maintain current files and prepare policy renewal questionnaires
- Update client information in the agency system
Requirements
- Active P&C License in the State of California
- 5+ years of industry experience in Surety and Commercial Lines
- Experience with Epic agency management system
- Surplus/excess lines experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
