Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day servicing of construction accounts, including issuing certificates of insurance, processing endorsements, and updating client records
• Support management of coverage such as general liability, workers’ compensation, builder’s risk, and commercial auto
• Help review contracts and insurance requirements to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Respond to client inquiries and carrier communications with professionalism and accuracy
• Participate in training sessions to build knowledge of insurance products, agency systems, and construction industry exposures
• Collaborate with senior account managers and producers to deliver excellent client service and maintain strong relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience); coursework in business, finance, or risk management a plus
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems is a plus but not required
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, client-focused environment
