Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to P&C Producers by managing client needs and analyzing coverage forms
• Accompany Producers on client and prospect meetings
• Complete client applications and coordinate with carriers for quotations and policies
• Issue binders, certificates, and endorsements while verifying accuracy
• Manage billing, including direct, agency, or premium financing
• Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals
• Process renewals and lead renewal meetings, strategy, and negotiations
• Review policy audits and facilitate corrections between clients and carriers
• Handle incoming mail and phone requests promptly
• Manage cancellations and implement account saving strategies
• Identify loss exposure and recommend appropriate coverages

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of insurance experience
• Property, Casualty Producers License
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and AMS-360
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines
