About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to P&C Producers by managing client needs and analyzing coverage forms
- Accompany Producers on client and prospect meetings
- Complete client applications and coordinate with carriers for quotations and policies
- Issue binders, certificates, and endorsements while verifying accuracy
- Manage billing, including direct, agency, or premium financing
- Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals
- Process renewals and lead renewal meetings, strategy, and negotiations
- Review policy audits and facilitate corrections between clients and carriers
- Handle incoming mail and phone requests promptly
- Manage cancellations and implement account saving strategies
- Identify loss exposure and recommend appropriate coverages
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of insurance experience
- Property, Casualty Producers License
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and AMS-360
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
