About the role
Responsibilities
- Support producers in the development and service of accounts
- Market new business and manage renewal marketing
- Review and analyze client information to make coverage recommendations
- Prepare applications and proposals in accordance with agency standards
- Negotiate placement with carriers independently
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers through daily service
Requirements
- Florida 2-20 or insurance license required
- 3+ years of agency experience in a designated field
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in insurance agency management software (EPIC) and Microsoft products preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
