About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the policy lifecycle from inception to renewals
- Manage P&C accounts including recording, auditing, and maintaining records
- Interact with clients, prospects, carrier underwriters, and finance companies
- Ensure billing processes are timely and accurate
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of P&C coverage, carriers, and the broker marketplace
- Experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS360)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
- Excellent written, oral, and email communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in P&C Account Management
- Knowledge or experience in the Health Care industry
- Associate's degree or equivalent
