Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Market and service large, complex, and high-revenue commercial accounts for new business and renewals
• Analyze insurance contracts and develop coverage comparisons for standard and non-standard markets
• Gather underwriting information and complete applications for all new and renewal policies
• Obtain and analyze quotes, develop proposals, and process binders, Auto ID cards, and Certificates of Insurance
• Solve customer problems, review contracts, and handle change requests or billing queries
• Maintain electronic files and keep producers informed of special account alerts

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Current Property/Casualty Agent License
• Strong analytical skills for detailed policy review
• Proficiency in PC applications and mathematical calculations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Four years of industry experience
• Experience with Applied EPIC Agency Management System
• Relevant industry designations
