About the role
Responsibilities
- Service commercial insurance accounts including new and renewal business processing
- Maintain exceptional customer relations and interact with new and existing clients
- Prepare certificates of insurance and maintain open items checklists and timelines
- Review processed policies and exercise discretion and independent judgment on accounts
- Collect and analyze client information to assist in product determinations
- Meet major project deadlines and attend marketing and carrier meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain a state-required 4-40 insurance license
- Full-time, in-office availability
