About the role

Responsibilities

  • Service commercial insurance accounts including new and renewal business processing
  • Maintain exceptional customer relations and interact with new and existing clients
  • Prepare certificates of insurance and maintain open items checklists and timelines
  • Review processed policies and exercise discretion and independent judgment on accounts
  • Collect and analyze client information to assist in product determinations
  • Meet major project deadlines and attend marketing and carrier meetings

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Willingness to obtain a state-required 4-40 insurance license
  • Full-time, in-office availability
