Commercial Lending Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and analyze commercial lending products and related strategies to optimize performance and market share
• Monitor portfolio health using analytics tools to report on concentration risk, delinquency, profitability, and expected loss modeling
• Ensure regulatory compliance by reviewing processes against internal policies and industry standards
• Oversee credit union appraisal management, including reviewing Real Estate Valuation Policies and evaluating Broker Opinions of Value
• Partner with frontline lending, operations, risk, and compliance teams to meet strategic initiatives
• Conduct competitive research and business analysis to support product recommendations and strategic planning
• Manage vendor relationships and lead departmental projects that contribute to organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the commercial lending field
• 3+ years of successful leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching staff
• Advanced knowledge of lending regulations, compliance standards, and commercial loan processes
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
• Knowledge of LOS, POS, and core banking systems
