Commercial Leasing Associate

Responsibilities

• Communicate with tenants and outside brokers for industrial portfolio
• Monitor and interpret market conditions, trends, and data to facilitate data-driven portfolio decisions
• Prepare market research
• Drive marketing efforts for industrial portfolio including brochures, e-blasts, and CoStar listings
• Draft leasing documents such as LOIs and commission invoices
• Drive space improvements related to leasing activities
• Perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements

• AZ Real Estate License
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong understanding of real estate principles
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Adobe
