Commercial Lease Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various leases (commercial, BEFA, derogatory, civil, renewals, etc.) and all related agreements
• Ensure the legal security of operations and legal acts
• Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters
• Participate in the creation and updating of standard templates
• Act as the interface with lawyers and bailiffs
• Advise and assist property management, asset management, and operational teams
• Participate in the implementation of group strategy and transverse meetings
• Perform legal monitoring, operational training, and reporting

Requirements

• Higher education degree in real estate law
• Significant professional experience in commercial real estate or a law firm
• Perfect mastery of commercial lease status
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Pragmatic, business-oriented solution provider
• Excellent writing skills and strong interpersonal skills
