About the role
Responsibilities
- Create strategic plans with campus directors to drive growth through Skilling Center franchises and meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate market research to identify local needs that the Skilling Center can address.
- Advise and support the detection of skilling, re-skilling, and upskilling needs within companies to provide integral program solutions.
- Collaborate with KAMs and Digital Attraction teams to offer Skilling Center certificates and programs.
- Develop prospecting plans in coordination with Campus Directors, Hosts, and campus liaison teams.
- Generate prospecting plans with TOP & MID KAM teams to drive revenue generation.
- Coordinate operational activities to ensure the correct functioning of the Skilling Center franchise on campus, including academic and logistical support.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial areas, sales strategy, or commercial team management.
- Proven expertise in B2B sales and directed corporate sales.
- Strong skills in strategic planning.
