Commercial Leader of Continuing Education

Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of commercial prospecting and revenue objectives for the assigned Continuing Education portfolio.
• Define annual prospecting plans and commercial strategies to meet regional sales targets.
• Manage team performance, including retention, rotation, and skill development.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans to ensure advisors meet standard goals.
• Oversee debt collection and ensure overdue accounts are managed within established percentages.
• Develop commercial tactics to identify and manage target markets through corporate training and development representatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading sales teams.
• Proficiency in CRM systems for sales tracking and evolution.
• Experience in commercial strategy, sales report analysis, and closing key account negotiations.
• Knowledge of administrative support processes including billing and portfolio management.
• Strong leadership, collaborative work, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Administrative areas, Projects, or Marketing.
• Certification in High-Performance Team Leadership.
• Certification in Executive Coaching or Team Coaching.
