Commercial Leader

Responsibilities

• Review sales tools and daily route objectives with the sales team
• Plan client visits and communicate new promotions and product launches
• Supervise and monitor the daily routine and performance of the team
• Coordinate correct product delivery to customers
• Manage credits and collections processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams in the consumer goods sector
• Completed technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Specialized studies in sales management and customer service quality
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must own a car and hold a valid driver's license
• Must reside in Chincha (indispensable)
• Immediate and full-time availability
